By using this website or arranging a visit through our booking process, you agree to the terms described below. A. Description of services
Sifowu Cobari coordinates dog walking, cat check-in visits, feeding visits and travel care coverage for pet owners in select American neighborhoods. Services are scheduled through an intake and booking process described on our How We Work page, and visits are performed by individuals assigned by Sifowu Cobari to your household. This website provides general information about these services and is informational in nature; it does not constitute a binding offer until a schedule has been confirmed in writing between you and Sifowu Cobari.
B. Eligibility and account information
Use of our booking process requires that you be at least eighteen years of age and authorized to grant access to the home and pet described in your booking. Information you provide during intake, including entry instructions and pet care routines, must be accurate to the best of your knowledge, as caregivers rely on these details when performing a visit.
C. Scheduling, cancellations and changes
Recurring visit schedules are set up based on the frequency and timing you request. Changes to an existing schedule, including pauses, additions or cancellations, should be communicated through the booking channel with reasonable advance notice so that caregiver assignments can be adjusted. Short-notice changes are accommodated where caregiver availability allows but cannot be assumed in every circumstance.
D. Home access and pet information
You are responsible for providing safe and lawful access to your home for scheduled visits, along with accurate information about your pet's behavior, health needs and any conditions that might affect a caregiver's safety or a pet's wellbeing during a visit. Sifowu Cobari relies on the information provided during intake and cannot be responsible for outcomes resulting from inaccurate or incomplete information supplied by a client.
E. Fees and payment
Fees associated with specific visit types and plans are confirmed directly with you prior to the start of a recurring schedule or a one-off visit, based on visit type, frequency and any add-on services requested. Payment terms are communicated at the time of booking confirmation.
F. Limitation of responsibility
While caregivers are asked to follow the routines and instructions provided by each household carefully, pet behavior can be unpredictable, and Sifowu Cobari cannot eliminate all risk associated with animal care visits. To the fullest extent permitted under Ohio law, Sifowu Cobari's liability for claims arising from a visit is limited to the fees paid for the specific visit in question, except where liability cannot be limited under applicable law.
G. Acceptable use of the website
This website and its booking process may not be used to submit false information, to attempt unauthorized access to any part of our systems, or for any purpose other than inquiring about or arranging pet care services described on this site.
H. Termination of service
Either party may end a recurring visit arrangement with reasonable notice. Sifowu Cobari reserves the right to decline or discontinue service to a household where safety concerns, repeated inaccurate information, or inability to provide safe access make continued visits impractical.
I. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these terms or from services described on this website will be handled in accordance with Ohio law.
J. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms periodically to reflect changes in our services or in applicable law. The date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of our booking process after an update indicates acceptance of the revised terms.
